Male, 81 years old.
Ischemic stroke sequelae.
Previously walking with no crutch.
No pain.
Progressive motor deficit.
Muscle strenght grade 2.
Unable to walk for the last month.
Neurogenic bladder.
T7-T8 bilateral transforaminal access was performed.
Osteotomy was performed and the calcified fragments were removed.
Patient was discharged maintaining the same neurological status, and directed to kinesiotherapy.
