Doctors of PGIMER on Aug 12 held a nationwide strike in Chandigarh over the rape of PGT doctor in Kolkata on Aug 09. They demonstrators carried placards and raised slogans demanding a CBI probe. Notably, the post-graduate trainee doctor was found raped and murdered at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital on August 9.
