Being a media personality in the NFL seems like a pretty awesome gig. You get to meet all the players, travel to most of the big games, and, best of all, watch a HECK of a lot of football.

For many, it’s a dream job – even more so than actually playing the game. Sure, the money may not be as good, but at least you get to be around the game without having to deal with all of the concussions, torn acl’s, and other horrible injuries – not to mention the strict training, endless practices, and so on.

As a reporter in the NFL, probably the worst thing you ever really have to deal with is an accidental slip-of-the-tongue on live television. Sure, accidentally making some sort of sexual reference on air is much more forgiving on the body than being tackled by some 300-pound dude, but as you’re about to see, it can still be pretty darn embarrassing.

Many NFL reporters have lived through this nightmare on live TV. And we have a bunch of them here.
