This is one of the best NPCs I feel as though I’ve archived in a while. The rest is soon to come. Commonly mistaken for hagravens, aggressive elderly NPCs receive a plus 20% stamina recharge bonus when confronting millennials. This is a perfect example of NPC aggression at its finest.
