Lindau Alumnus Erik Angner comments on the intersection of economics and (moral) philosophy: "Economics is very obviously driven by values in the ways that we select the problems we study, the applications we try to come up with. At the same time, values are not the exclusive domain of professional economists."

Every year, the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings connect Nobel Laureates with the next generation of leading scientists: 600 undergraduates, PhD students and post-doc researchers from all over the world. The 7th Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences will take place 23 – 27 August 2022.
