Ingredients
- 107 G MAGGI® Mash Potato Powder
- 1Liter of Water
- 300gm Fresh Mushroom
- 450ml Fresh Cream
- 70gm Chopped Red Onion
- 30gm Chopped Garlic
- 10gm Fresh Thyme
- 30ml Olive Oil
- 10 G Salt
- 2 G Black Pepper
- 50 g Fresh Oyster Mushroom
- 40 G Butter
Garnish
- Toasted Bread Baguette
- 30 G Shimij Brown Mushroom
- Parsley Leaves
Method of Preparation:
1. Mix hot water with MAGGI® Mashed Potato Powder for 5 minutes.
2. In a soup pot heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic and fresh thyme.
3. Add chopped fresh mushroom until it is cooked well.
4. Add fresh cream and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Blend the soup and add the mashed potato on top and mix well until the soup texture gets soft.
6. In a pan, fry the Shimiji mushroom with butter and set aside for garnish.
7. Garnish with parsley leaves and Shimiji mushrooms. Serve with toasted bread aside.
