The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission secretariat said it was still receiving policy directions from it's commissioners who resigned in October.
Infact, IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba said the commission was set to sit to decide the fate of aspirants who had not complied with the election campaign finance act whose deadline was 8th December.
But even as debate on selected laws is expected in parliament, Cord has asked it's membership to apply any means possible shoot down any amendments to the election laws (amendment) act 2016.
