You see I would be starting with your ideal client, before anything else - and this is where I used to go wrong…
By beginning with your ideal client and spending time researching the people who could best refer them in to your clinic, you are sharpening the axe. You are working smart, rather than just hard.
What did I do back in the day? I went referrer hunting first and researched later.
Honestly, a great way to feel busy but unproductive.
So it’s fair to say that you need:
A clearly defined ideal client avatar
Research into ideal referral partners for this client avatar
A game plan of how you can add value to the referral partner
A system to help you to manage and build the relationship
A way to measure the effectiveness of your efforts
