The unexpected visit of Joe Biden President of the United States to Ponce Mercedita Airport. Initially, it was to San Juan Airport in Puerto Rico but the whole operation was moved to the south because Biden wanted to see the areas most affected by Hurricane Fiona which was south of Puerto Rico.
