4 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar (50g)
¼ cup oil (60ml)
1/3 cup coconut cream (80ml) you can use coconut milk or any whole milk too
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
1 cup cake flour (100g) or plain flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
4 eggwhites
½ tsp of white vinegar or lemon juice cream of tartar
1/3 cup sugar (65g)
