I use this on myself and my clients to help bloating, digestion, gas, and it’s even good for lymphatic drainage and a slimming effect, and it only takes 2-5 minutes.

ok so this is your ascending, transverse, and descending colon or large intestine. And you know where this goes. We are focusing on moving things through and out, you can think about it like a traffic jam. to keep the analogy going, we will begin by moving some of the traffic at the front, and then direct traffic to move. Start at the place where your rib cage meets called your zyphor process. it’s in the middle of your transverse colon. start by gentle pressing towards your left side and down. now do that same pressing starting at your right hip and all the way around, clock wise, tracing your ribs and down.
Move on to a circlular motion. always circling in towards your bellybutton.
now let’s get some oil. I’m using the Rx3 deep sleep blend because it’s amazing at reducing bloating and the herbals in it help with regulating your rest repair and relax system called your autonomic nervous system.
rub around your belly button in a circle at least 4 times. now go from each hip and rib cage towards your belly. and lastly, go in that clockwise motion around, at least 3 times.
