Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick explained Tuesday why he declined to file additional charges against Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley following a controversial traffic stop earlier this year. Doorley was caught speeding on April 22 on Phillips Road in Webster but continued driving home rather than pulling over for police. When police caught up with Doorley at her home, she was recorded on camera berating the responding officers and explaining that she had called Webster Police Chief Dennis Kohlmeier to explain that she was not a threat. The incident prompted outrage from the community.
