On Nov. 22, 1963 the Rise of the Fourth Reich began. It was a Coup that enabled the events of the next 37 years, 9&2/3rds months and produced the fully developed Fourth Reich. The Mein Kampf was written by the Project for a New American Century with "Rebuilding America's Defenses" resulting in "The Global War on Terror- With the Terrorists", GWOT-WTT. 911 was the "Reichstag Fire" and the "Patriot Act" was the similarly worded "Enabling Act."
