I decided to see what would happen when I starting drinking a gallon of water a day. Admittedly, I don't drink nearly enough water, so this was a so start in moving towards a healthier lifestyle.
At first it is pretty difficult to drink a gallon of water every day, but after a few days, it actually becomes much easier. Oh course you will have to go to the bathroom a lot more too!
After 7 days I was able to lose 4.2 pounds just drinking a gallon of water a day. It helps to flush your system. I also noticed a lot of other benefits.
My skin looked better, I slept better, bowel movements were better and my joints felt better. Going forward I will definitely continue drinking a gallon of water a day. There were so many great benefits to it, how could I not!
