Rules: Place four non-overlapping 3 by 3 regions in the grid such that each region contains the digits 1 to 9 once each. Digits do not repeat in any row or column, including outside regions. Uncircled cells outside regions are empty.
Circles: Place a digit from 1 to 9 into every circle. A digit in a circle counts how many of that digit appear in circles.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Not all arrow cells need to contain digits. An arrow's circle counts as a circle for the above rule.
Square: The grey square contains an even digit.

• (Green → German Whispers) Orthogonally-adjacent digits within a green cage differ by at least 5

Contrast Killer rules apply only within an individual cage, not necessarily across cages.

Draw a one-cell-wide loop in the grid that does not branch or touch itself, not even diagonally. The loop acts as a German Whispers line (i.e., adjacent digits on the loop must have a difference of at least 5).

Outside clues are loop sandwich clues: they give the sum of all digits on the loop between the 1 and 9 in that row/column.

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Shade a 1-cell wide snake into the grid, starting and ending at the two given circles. The snake may not touch itself orthogonally but may touch itself diagonally. Cells outside the snake must form 5 different connected groups, each of different sizes 1-5. Each of these groups must not contain repeats and cannot contain digits larger than the size of the group.
