Mount Royal Kantorei sings Songbird by Sarah Quartel SSA released on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2021

The sopranos and altos of Kantorei sing Sarah Quartel's beautiful Songbird. We hope that this video lifts your spirits and brightens your life in some small way.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Kantorei rehearsals switched to Zoom. Members practiced their parts and met at OCL recording studios to record their parts individually.

This Earth Day as we look towards restoring our planet, we also look to lift our spirits and keep ourselves motivated. Earth Day connects us to our environment, and music connects us to each other. Songbird is a bright and joyful tune that we hope will do both.
