This video actually follows a recipe, so here it is.

Ingredients:
4 pounds Green Tomatoes
1 small Onion
1 tbsp Garlic
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes to taste
10 Basil Leaves

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Chop onions.
3. Add oil, garlic, sat, pepper and red pepper flakes to the onions,
4. Chop tomatoes and add to mixture.
5. Add basil, stir and then transfer from bowl to baking dish.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
7. Blend until smooth.
8. Serve over noodles of choice or spaghetti squash.
