Servings : 2 to 3
Ingredients :
250gm arbi / colocasia / taro root
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
Oil for frying
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp Oil
4 cloves
2 cardamom
1 cinammon stick
1 peice of mace
2 bay leaves
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
3 tomatoes puree
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
