I made my favourite Indonesian traditional street drink called 'Es Teler'. 'Es' means ice and 'Teler' literally means drunk or exhausted (it doesn't contain any alcohol). Es Teler ingredients vary, but it typically has coconut, avocado and jackfruit. It is identified with milky pink, white or milky green sweet soup (this one is pink) with colourful toppings. It's super fun and easy to make at home and perfect for summer days!

Recipe:
makes 4-5 portions
Sugar Syrup
White Sugar 50 gr
Water 100 gr
Pandan Leaf 1 pc (or vanilla bean/ vanilla extract, if pandan isn't available)
Coconut 1 no. (coconut water and meat)
Avocado 1 no.
Jackfruit 6-10 pcs (or sweet mango/ cooked sweet corn)
Coco Pandan Jelly 300-400 gr (or sugar palm fruit 'kolang kaling'/ sago pearls/ grass jelly/ any jelly)
Ice Cubes as needed (generous amount)
Condensed Milk as needed
Coco Pandan Syrup as needed (optional)
note: the exact quantity of ingredients depends on your preference such as more topping/ less topping, sweeter/ less sweet, more milk/ more ice, and the size of fruits.
