Ingredients:
-2 tuna steaks
-oil
-salt and pepper
-cilantro, finely chopped
-2 tbsp garlic, grated
-1 tsp ginger, grated
-1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Put the tuna steak into a pan with some oil at high heat, season both sides. Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides, depending on how thick the tuna steaks are. Leave the middle to rare, medium rare, well done or whatever your preference is.
Look at the side of the tuna to see how far through it is cooked. Remember it will keep cooking for a short while when taken off heat. Rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
