Harvard Law School Professor Randall Kennedy hosted a session that explored the career of the first tenured African-American professor at Harvard Law School Derrick Bell, his controversial protests, and his legacy in legal academia, with panelists Paul Butler ’86, a professor of law at Georgetown University, and Patricia Williams ’75, a law professor at Columbia University.
