Electronic shutter makes the shutter silent, focus confirmation beep can also be switched off but the Sony lenses still make noise via aperture blades ... but there is a hidden menu setting that solves the problem and finally makes the Sony A7R IV completely silent.
Works also for the Sony A7R III and the Sony A7 III with newest firmware.
