Waste baler MAC112XL is for sale! The most important baler of the Macpresse range designed to compact and bale any type of waste, from recyclables to unsorted municipal solid waste.

Here in this video our MAC112XL separating and baling wet and dry waste from municipal solid waste (MSW) for Idroedil balefill in Italy. Waste is dropped in the bag opener, where the wet waste is separated from the dry waste and conveyed on the conveyor belts. Wet waste is brought into the shuttle conveyor while the dried part is baled separately and tied up with baling wires. The bales are then stocked in a truck and hauled to the landfill field where they are sorted and set in a row. Bales can be wrapped and placed in the balefill. In the video you can see the difference of balefill with and without wrapping!

We designed a baler for an extra large quantity of waste. Its horizontal tying system can feature 5+3, 5 or 4 wires. The result is a higher density of the bales with perfect size for transport with camion. The hydraulic system adapts to the material to be treated.
Like every Macpresse machine, these bailers are designed and manufactured in Italy, in our factory in Milan. They are certified and comply with quality and safety international standards.
