I stole this recipe from Big John Setzler, the Kamado Joe Guru he posted this to my All Star BBQ bloggers Face Book page here [ Ссылка ] so I stole it.For the glaze you will need
1 jar of cherry preserves
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup red wine OR 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup light Karo syrup
mix everything in a small sauce pan, heat until almost boiling,
sprinkle salt pepper and garlic on the trimmed and tied pork loin, smear glaze on the pork as it cooks reserve some to pour on the finished pork.
