2 shiitake mushroom
2-inch piece of carrot
1/2 onion
wedge of cabbage
3-4 stalks chives
1 clove garlic
1 small piece ginger
3-4 pinches of salt
1/2 block firm tofu, drained well
pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp potato starch
oil for cooking
(gyoza sauce)
soy sauce
vinegar
chili oil
