Ingredients:
2 Lb Beef honeycomb Tripe
1 Lb Chuck Pot Roast
1 lb Pork
2 Carrots diced
1/2 Yellow Onion chop
1 C Celery diced
1/2 C Leeks
3 Tbs sweet Paprika
1 tsp hot paprika
2 Tbs Green Parsley
4 Tbs Organic dried marjoram
2 tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbs Butter, 2 Tbs Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
