During Monday’s joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, President Joe Biden said the Nord Stream 2 pipeline will not move forward if Russia invades Ukraine. “If Russia invades, that means tanks and troops crossing the the border of Ukraine again,” Biden continued. “then there will be, there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2.”
