Counting calories along with intermittent fasting may be one of the strongest ways to build a healthy sustainable plan for weight loss that you can maintain long term. This is a topic that is always debated within intermittent fasting circles and in this video I'm going to give you my reasons for why I think counting calories along with intermittent fasting may be the perfect power combination to reach your weight loss goals. If you ever get to a point where you are not losing weight, you need to know where you are at if you're going to make any adjustments so it is important to track your calories. You don't HAVE to restrict your calories but you need to know where you are if you're ever going to make any adjustments.
