In December of 2016 the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication will be taking a team of students to Sri Lanka to produce stories that document how the country has come together in the aftermath of civil war, tsunami destruction, and current environmental threats to its rain forests. In this unique cross-cultural exchange, students will explore cultural differences and the country’s current challenges, as well as visions for its future.
