Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great bank holiday weekend! With the news that we should all still stay home and #stayalert I am continuing my Pilates At home series! I am eager to get back to my studio and jump on the reformer but it's still really important to try get some exercise in at home to strengthen your immune system 👍🏻 Mat pilates is great for improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention!
