General Secretary of the Communist Party of India (CPI) leader D Raja attacked the Centre for failing in handling the situation in Manipur and asserted that the BJP-led double engine government has failed and there is no course of action decided yet.
“Amit Shah has come back after visiting Manipur and what is the follow-up action that Union Minister has initiated, nobody knows...People are being killed, the devastation is being taken but the PM has not said a word and the delegation met Defence Minister...What is their thinking regarding Manipur, what is that they would like to do in Manipur...Manipur situation has come to this extent because of failure of double engine govt,” said D Raja.
