Beef ribs are always a treat. Short ribs even more so. But when I get the chance to smoke some Wagyu Beef Short Ribs, I’m in heaven. And to really make this special I get to prepare these beautiful ribs on my new SnS Grills Kettle.
Rib Rub Ingredients
1 TBSP Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Paprika
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Chili Powder
