💴Visa Fee:
- Single Entry: ₱2,898
- Double Entry: ₱3,448
- Over 6 months Multiple: ₱4,998



Here are the requirements I submitted
first timer | A4-size paper:

✅Accomplished Visa Application Form (fillable online through CVASC Manila website, just Google it)
✅ Two 48mm x 33mm Photo (taken within 6 months)
✅Original Passport | Old Passport
✅Photocopy of Passport’s Bio Page and Emergency page (make sure to sign your Passport)
✅Travel Itinerary
✅Roundtrip Flight Reservations
✅Hotel Reservations
✅Bank Certificate/6 months statements with receipt
✅Certificate of Employment
✅ ITR
✅Photocopy of Company ID
✅Payslips (Optional)
✅Cover Letter
