In Maya 2018, I ran into an issue where my Move, Scale and Rotate tools were not working properly. Using the left click on my mouse did not allow me to move the object. I had found another way to do it, by using shift and middle mouse button click, however, this did not always seem to be a solution especially when trying to UV unwrap. I have not ran into this issue in Maya 2019, but decided to include the solution that fixed my issue when I had it in Maya 2018 just in case anyone runs into the issue with Maya 2019.
