Menstrual cups get stained over time matter how well you clean them.

Here's a cheap easy hack to clean your menstrual cup using hydrogen peroxide. It'll look brand new.

Make sure you don't do this frequently. Boiling in hot water before use at the beginning of your period and at the end before storage is fine. You can also wash them with mild/unscented soap. Black soap is good too. Make sure you rinse thoroughly when you use soap.
