Kanye West set to appear face to face with Jimmy Kimmel October 9th, does that mean the beef is over? What's up guys this is ClevverNews. So our pal Yeezy doesn't really do a lot of interviews. And the fact that he has agreed to appear on Jimmy Kimmel despite their recent feud is kinda huge. If you recall, it started when Kanye did an interview with BBC Radio 1 where he made a slew of interesting statements including one about rap being the new rock n roll, "We the real rock stars, and I'm the biggest of them." This prompted Kimmel to make a video spoof of the BBC interview using a kid actor to play Kanye. Keep in mind Kimmel did not change any of Kanye's words in the spoof, just used a child actor. This furiously outraged Kanye who went on a rare twitter rant bashing Jimmy. The slew of tweets included, "JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS". A bold claim from Ye. It was followed by tweets referring to paparazzi taking photos of his daughter, saying they used to be friends, and Sarah Silverman is funnier than Jimmy Kimmel. Kanye also tweeted some hilariously mean memes about Jimmy Kimmel to add to the rage. Kanye followed up the tweets with a phone call to Jimmy asking him to publicly apologize on air. That same night Kimmel responded to Kanye's rants on his late night show laughing off the fight saying he was glad to finally be in a rap feud. Not sure that was an apology so do you think Kanye and notorious prankster Jimmy Kimmel will make up on air? Will the fight continue? Will the joke be on us? Weigh in yourself my friends.
