Romanian food tour in Transylvania! During my stay in Brasov, I met up with 4 friends to try some traditional Romanian foods. All items come from the De Post menu which is served during religious days, holiday days, and fasting days. During this period people refrain from animal products making these food items perfect for vegans, vegetarians and those looking for great veggie options!
