Stuffed Eggplant Recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggplant
- Tomato
- Parsley
- Boneless meat
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green pepper
- Salt
- Red pepper
- Olive oil
- Tomato puree
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Eggplants:
- Slice the eggplants into thin sheets.
- Pour a little oil into the bottom of the pan.
- Arrange the eggplants in the pan.
- Sprinkle a little salt.
- To use less oil, add water while frying them.
- Fry both sides.
2. Prepare the Filling:
- Finely chop the lamb meat, onion, garlic, parsley, tomato, and green pepper.
- Add salt, red pepper, and rosemary.
- Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients are finely chopped and evenly combined.
3. Assemble the Dish:
- Pour tomato puree at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Arrange the eggplant slices at the bottom of the baking dish, pressing them together.
- Spoon the meat mixture over the eggplants.
- Fold the sides of the eggplants over.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
4. Bake:
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
