(6 Oct 2016) A growing number of Afghan migrants were being fed a hot meal in a Belgrade park on Thursday as they continue to be stranded in the Balkans.
Their most likely prospect is deportation back to Afghanistan.
Thousands of young Afghan men remain in Serbia looking for ways to reach wealthy EU nations, despite closed borders and reports their government in Kabul has agreed to cooperate on the return of its citizens that have been rejected for asylum.
