Abstract: This research paper focuses on the detection and classification of objects at construction sites, as well as analyzes the utility of these activities in the modern construction industry. Object detection and classification are performed by applying technologies such as machine vision and deep learning to image processing and in combination with image assignment. These activities have varied applications on construction sites, including: (1) they can be used to monitor workers, equipment, and vehicles to prevent accidents and collisions, and (2) they can be employed to monitor the movement and importance of construction materials and evaluate the progress of the works."
