All you need:
- Go to the Butcher and ask for Beef fat off-cuts
- cut the fat into pieces and place in baking dish
- Set oven at 130 degrees Celius (266 degrees F)
- Back for 3.5 hours
- Strain and store
- It lasts for 12 months in a dark cool place in an airtight jar
