🧈 DOUGH INGREDIENTS (for 12 small eclairs):
1/4 cup butter (40 g)
1 cup of water (130 ml)
2 eggs
1/3 cup almond flour (50 g)
2 tbsp coconut flour (20g)
2 tsp psyllium (8 g)
pinch of salt
pinch of sweetener (1 g)
pinch of xanthan gum
🍦CREAM INGREDIENTS:
2 cup cream cheese (260 g)
2 tbsp cream (30 ml)
2 tsp sweetener (10g)
1 tsp lime juice (5 ml)
vanilla extract (to your taste)
🍓Decorate with strawberries and nut crumb.
