Teina Pora's legal team is renewing their push for legal aid. The controversial case is going back to court around October this year, after Pora was granted leave to appeal to the Privy Council. Pora's spent more than half his life behind bars after being convicted of the rape and murder of Auckland woman Susan Burdett in 1994 - but doubts have been cast about his guilt.
