Welcome to this water element yoga flow, a 45 minute practice to find their flow.
In today’s class we embody water with a series of fluid and dynamic sequences combined with a soothing soundtrack. This practice is perfect for intermediate yogis as it includes postures that you will be familiar with as well as others that will challenge you.
Throughout this flow I encourage you to move at the pace of your breath and pair each movement with breath to find a water-like rhythm as you ebb and flow throug the class.
We will begin with a few moments of stillness to arrive on the mat, then we move into our warm up and the main part of this flow which includes hip openers, arm balances and backbends. The class finishes with a restorative sequence to give you plenty of time to unwind, release tension and soak in the effects of the practice.
