This months Challenge, I will be tackling on Mr Conor's Fast App for a month! i was always curious what workouts he has on there. He has tons of food recipes and workouts and programs. He has a 1 week trial if anyone is interested!

Fast App Dinner: Beef chow mein and noodles

ingredients
Noodles
Beef ( as lean as possible) or your choice of meat
1 garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
half thumb size ginger minced
1 pinch black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
green onion
1 tsp honey
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. cook noodles in pot
2. cut beef or chicken into strips
3. heat sesame oil in pan add garlic and ginger and fry for about a minute. add Your protien in and cook for another1-2 mintues.
4.Add noodles in same pan with sesame oil. Season with pepper and honey. pour soysauce and water. and fry for another 2 min.
4.Serve and garnish with spring onion
