- 75g flour + 5g dry yeast + 40ml warm milk
- 275g flour
- 12g dry yeast
- 130ml warm milk
- 70g sugar
- 50g butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- A pinch of salt
- Orange zest
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Candied fruit
- 30g sugar + 1 tsp water
- Sliced almonds
- 300ml heavy cream + 30g powdered sugar
Ingredientes:

- 275g de harina
- 12g de levadura seca
- 130ml de leche tibia
- 70g de azúcar
- 50g de mantequilla
- 1 huevo
- 2 cucharadas de agua de azahar
- Una pizca de sal
- Ralladura de naranja
- 1 cucharadita de canela
- Fruta confitada
- 30 g de azúcar + 1 cucharadita de agua
- Almendras laminadas
- 300 ml de nata líquida + 30 g de azúcar en polvo
Ingrédients:
- 75g de farine + 5g de levure sèche + 40ml de lait chaud
- 275g de farine
- 12g de levure sèche
- 130ml de lait chaud
- 70g de sucre
- 50g de beurre
- 1 œuf
- 2 cuillères à soupe d'eau de fleur d'oranger
- Une pincée de sel
- Zeste d'orange
- 1 cuillère à café de cannelle
- Fruits confits
- 30g de sucre + 1 cuillère à café d'eau
- Amandes effilées
- 300ml de crème épaisse + 30g de sucre en poudre
