To ensure water is never wasted in our PET recycling lines, we provide the ideal solution for cycling the used water back into the washing line. Although we are in the business of plastic recycling, it's always ASG's goal to recycle using the minimal resources so nothing goes to waste.
Water is an essential part of our washing lines used in our friction washers, hot water washer for PET flakes, and float/sink separation tanks. Depending on the capacity of your recycling line as well as the amount of contamination within your PET bottles / PE films, the recycling rate is 80% where 20% of new water must be inserted to recover water that is lost via dehydration and spillage.
