In this English pronunciation tutorial I show you how to pronounce the 'tion' suffix, the 'sion' suffix, and the 'ion' suffix.
It is important to pronounce the 'ion' word ending with unstressed pronunciation. This will make your English flow smoothly and naturally when you use it in your English.
The 'ion' suffix is pronounced with a schwa and an /n/ sound, like this: ən
There are 2 sounds that can come before 'ion' word ending. One is a voiced sound, and the other is an unvoiced sound, so you can get:
ʃ.ən - as in 'fission'
ʒən - as in 'fusion'
