How much is your customer engaged in the prospecting process? Don't stop by merely getting them to agree to the next meeting. You objective is to engage them outside of the sales call. You do this by asking for their input or, their feedback from an email you send them in between the sales calls.
A prospect who is not interested will not respond, however a prospect that is interested in working with you will. What does this mean it gives you the ability to gain more insight and speed up the process to close faster.
