Portugal is famous for many of its foods including egg tart and its abundance of seafoods. Its not-so-humble bread ‘Bolo do Caco’ should also definitely be on the list among foodies out there. In this episode, Debby moves on from La Dotta and visits il Fumo, our fine dining new Portuguese restaurant. She talks with Chef-partner Nelson Amorim as he shows her how to make our famous bread - made from sweet potatoes - original recipe of which is hailed from the Portuguese Madeira islands. Charcoal grilled to perfection and served with either extra virgin olive oil or garlic butter, this is really the bread to end all breads.
